There is a course in Udemy, "Fundamentals of Python, Machine Learning for Consultants". It goes over basic Python but focuses on machine learning, briefly on Data Engineer and it looks into the top three data analytics: forecasting, linear regression and clustering. It won't make you a master of it but it will give you the basic foundation of machine learning. I have a Youtube that briefly showed data analytics in here https://youtu.be/vIH95W6OoV8 and here, https://youtu.be/FpM_r2Igm4I Hope this helps.

I suggest going to the site kaggle.com and doing the Titanic dataset challenge. It will teach you about ETL for datasets, how to infer and group data, etc.
Then you will need Python and a library like Tensorflow or Pytorch to create your model and test results.
This will lead you down the path of how AI models are created and how they function.

Identify a real life problem, think how AI might solve it. Start building an automation through AI. Practical learning is the best way to go!

For the past year have been using YouTube and Coursera along with hundreds of Client AI engagements to learn.
I have spent 500+ hours learning even though I have Economics and Computer Science degrees. It's a paradigm shift in conducting business and every person on the planet will need to be retrained.
