What are you doing to prepare your skills for the new Reasoners AI that is coming soon where the AI will be as smart as a PhD in most subjects?

Who has been upskilling and in which areas so when the Reasoners are available for GenAI?

I'd be more cautious with those types of predictions (soon). It's quite clear we are approaching a technical roadblock there is a bunch of challenges ahead, the scale curve of capability and compute is starting to come down and labs are running out of data. This week 3 senior OpenAI Exec's have left, Nvidia's Stock is coming under pressure. Don't believe the hype, but rely on actual data:

What is your best guess when we will hit level 2 Reasoners and why?

I do agree that for the enterprise companies it's going to be more of a challenge to properly implement these tools for so many reasons and will take much longer. However, I have had 350+ SMB client engagements, and they are quickly moving to these tools after a Consultation or Project.
