What are your thoughts on prompt engineers and the future of the role? Do you think it will continue to be in demand or will it eventually be replaced by other tech?

It will be replaced within a very short period of time since most of the AI prompts will start to become easier and more natural. For example, how difficult is it to do a Googel search; not hard.
Freelancers should focus on becoming an Expert with in-demand skills that will outlast the AI and ChatGPT revolution. Consider strategy, sales, consulting, and abstract thinking.
