Account violation

Hello,

I need to help like this- I have a agency and there are 7 person and I am agency manager so I can open my team member upwork id in any one pc or laptop in any place as a agancy manager right?   So it can be account violation?

Hi Rezve, 

It would be a violation of the Upwork User Agreement to create an account for someone else, or to access their account. Section 3.2 Account Registration; Profile states that - 

"You agree not to register for more than one Client Account and one Freelancer Account without express written permission from us (except that you may register as an Agency Member of other Accounts as provided below).  You agree not to ask or allow another person to create an Account on your behalf, for your use, or for your benefit."

Having your website on the agency overview is a terms of service violation.....
