Best Dialer deals for offshore Tele staff?

What are the best dialer deals and setup for offshore Tele?

Also allows you to see No of calls, stats of Tele member, etc. Our centre is in Manila Philippines and been using Skype with Sound Proof headsets.

What other alternatives? Thanks.
