Contacting the customer

Is there a way to contact the customer to ask questions prior to submitting a proposal?  So many of the job offers are very vague and I don't wish to pay for a proposal if I don't feel I will be a good fit or not interesting in the position?  I look forward to hearing from you.

No, there is not. There can't be, or clients would be buried alive under "Hire me! Hire me!" messages from unqualified FLs. Theoretically, clients who can't manage to write reasonably specific job posts will get starved out. Meanwhile, we have to use our spidey sense to find the ones that are worth spending connects to ask questions.
