As a freelancer can i hire another freelancer? Example: i am video editor and i need a voice over for one of my videos. How do i post a job to hire a voice talent?

Thank you for reaching out to us. To be able to hire another freelancer for the job you need to create a Client account. You can be a freelancer, agency, and a client on Upwork. You will use the same account to log in to Upwork but will have separate user profiles. If you would like to hire others, you can create a Client account by following these steps:

• Go to Settings › My Teams and choose the Create New Account button at the bottom.
• Choose New Client Account
• Once set up, use the account menu at the top-right of your screen to switch between using Upwork as a client, freelancer, or agency
