Unable to login to Upwork tracker. Says no open contract but I do have one.

Hello, I'm unable to login to my time tracker. it's say's no open contract well, in fact, my contract is still shown to my profile. I already clear cache, close windows, relaunch, reinstall the app but still, the issue is still there. Please help. Thank you.
