"Unknown error has occurred" on log-in

My desktop app shows error "Unknown error has occurred" when I try to log-in. I am using macOS 10.13.6 (17G14033) and the newest app version

Hi Goran,
No one has contacted me yet. I only have a problem on my macbook, I can log in regularly on my computer.
But at the beginning of next week, I'm going on a short trip and the macbook is the only computer I can use there, so this is becoming very urgent for me.
