1 year in Upwork

I have been in Upwork since january 2023, i have been struggling to find a job that suites me very well. WFH is really a good thing to me but there is still fears in my own self what if i don't last here in this job since quite layoff is still happening everywhere. I rarely open upwork website since i was busy in my other job but i really want to share my ideas here as a consultant. What are your thoughts about Upwork?

 I saw your massege and I wanted to ask you as you have been a year working here, so I am new to upwork so I dont know how work goes here and I have no idea where to start can you please give me some explanation about the work here and where to start as freelancer

You can have check out first the academy lessons and earn badges first. Read all the Upwork Academy learning paths so you will know how the contracts and payments. They also teach how to send proposals to clients. I am attaching here the screen shot where you can find the learning paths.
