What will happen to my chat records and open bids if I leave an agency? And again start working as a freelancer.

You are free to leave an agency for any reason and at any time. If you do leave an agency, you will keep your Upwork profile and related work history from your time there. I hope this clarifies your concern.

Hi Shubham,

You will need to close all open proposals and contracts before you exit the agency. All ended contracts under your profile will continue to appear on your work history after you leave the agency.
