About Agency profile.

Hello Upwork,

I had a problem in agency profile, as can be seen in the attached file. There is a loading wheel in services I provide: Graphic, Editorial & Presentation Design, like it is still in approval. The awkward thing is I submitted a ticket to customer service, they sent me a mail that "you only have freelancer account, if you want to open an agency account, click the link". However, I already have agency profile and filled all the information and spared a lot of time to create my agency account fully, and I also paid Agency Plus membership, but frankly my account is not an actual account at all by what customer service says. Please help me in this regard, thanks in advance.
