I have an upwork account for my agency and need to hire as well. it has been working but as of the other day i logged in and it said my password is wrong, I know it is not. I pressed forget password and i never get the link to my email. I tried to log in with the google method for the accounts email and it says the account doesnt exist. If the account was deleted, why wont it let me use the number? and it says I would have gotten a notice of this happening. I checked my spam folders and all possible emails etc of course. it wont let me use the number associated with the account for other stuff now and i have active contracts... I need access to this account and have not been able to contact anyone or get any help on this. I called upwork and it says use their help forums.. i keep asking the ai chatbot and it keeps just telling me to use the forums. Rather frustrated with this, please let me know if anyone can help, I would be very grateful.
