Account name & Payment details Mismatch (Article of Incorporation)

Dear Community Members,

I am associated with QualiMatrix Technologies, We have an Agency account on upwork. I won a bid on behalf of QualiMatrix few months back and we need to withdraw the money in our companies account. 

I am unable to add company bank instructions as we are getting name mismatch error. 

What is the fastest and easiest way to reolve the issue. How can I get it done with little paperwork. 

 

Can someone please assist me in drafting Article of Incorporation is thats the only solution. 

I would really appreciate any insight on this.

Hi Pankaj,

 

Thank you for sharing your concern. Upon checking, it looks like you were able to add your company bank account, but it currently shows inactive. This can typically happen when the agency's Tax Information is not completed yet. You can learn more by visiting these helpful pages:

see, in my case it was that I had entered the name as Tejas Gk which upon changing to Tejas G K worked, so I would suggest to recheck the name part of it.

Hi Tejas,

 

I checked your account, and it appears that your payment methods are already accepted and will be active from October 8th 2024. Please update the Tax Information page on your agency account before you initiate a fund withdrawal.

Hi - I also have an Agency account. Registered to a USA LLC. When I try to connect my LLC bank account it says mismatch. Can someone help me submit necessary paperwork to add my LLC bank account? Thanks
