After I created an agency all my personal contracts got automatically transferred to the agency.

I recently created an agency under my profile to collaborate with my friends and work. But to my surprise, once I created the agency all my personal contracts got transferred to the agency without showing any proper message or warning. I lost all my progress with the contracts and Upwork is now charging me 20% commission again.

I raised a ticket a month back and still I haven't got a proper update from the Upwork support. They keep on telling me that, their development team is still working on it. My clients are not interested in working with an agency and I'm at a stage of losing my contracts. I raised all my concerns and still not getting a proper update from Upwork Support. This issue has caused me a lot of money and time, please do something helpful and resolve the issue ASAP.
