Solved: Agencies Monthly Subscription

Hi,

I am usually billed $20/month for our Membership Fee and just received a notification lately that there's another method aside from this. It says that we have to pay only 3% per contract base? Please correct if I am wrong or is there such a thing as I cannot find anymore the notification/topic about this.

Please enlighten me.
