Hi Everyone,
I am planning to create an agency. I have a small team. But what I am curious about is.
1. Can I get hourly jobs through the Agency account?
2. If the agency has an hourly job, Can the agency assign this hourly project to a freelancer using Upwork time tracker?
I have very little idea about agencies. Sorry if I sound stupid.
Thank you.

Hi There,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. In order to do hourly contracts, you need to have a profile for each freelancer you assign to the project. For fixed-price contracts, you can submit your proposal with the Business Manager’s profile and then assign freelancers to work on the project as needed.
2. Some clients prefer for you to let them know your agency members will be doing the work and to give them some information on the freelancer(s) that will be doing the work. Yes, the Upwork time tracker should be used for time-logging. Only the agency member hired can bill time to that contract through the Work Diary.
Feel free to check these articles to be more acquainted with how an agency works.
