Agency Account or Personal ?

Hello Everyone, 

I am very confused. Me, my brother and my sister are a team of three people we have our upwork accounts. Shall we continue with our personal accounts or shall we create an agency account? We are provinding skilled virtual assistant services. We want to grow and build a team. Please advice, can we grab more clients working as an indiviual freelancer or an agency ?

In my opinion, if you want to work as a team you would benefit from being an agency. I'm currently an individual freelancer but looking to transition to an agency for the same reason - I want to expand my capacity to serve more clients by adding a team member. Good luck!
