Agency Job Success Rate

My current independent freelancer profile Job success rate is 94%. Now I want to convert my profile into the Agency profile. So if I convert my profile into the agency profile then in agency profile I have the same Job success rate which is on my independent freelancer profile or not.

You can't "convert" a freelancer profile to an agency profile. You can add an agency to your freelancer profile. You do understand that it costs $ 20 a month and you need to buy connects in addition to that?
