Agency Membership Downgrade

I took Agency plus plan on 25 Nov 2021. On 25 Dec 2021, Upwork automatically deducted $20. Now I don't want to happen it again. I found that switching back basic plan would do the trick. My question is, if I downgrade today (27 Dec 2021), then
1. Would my Agency Plus plan work till the end of current month (i.e. till 24 Jan 2022), 
2. Would it end today and I'll get the refund, or
3. Would it end today and I'll not get the refund?

Hi! i Had agency plus and i deleted it not even 24 hours after i got charged because i thought something is wrong . im back to freelancer and today i saw a buttone says activate i thought it will activate but since i did it overmy iphone i got deducted again and i think this time for freelancer plus . please help me get at least my refund for paying agency plus. i paid $20 for nothing yet.
