Agency Owner user is leaving the Agency, how would the Agency management transferred

Hi Community/ Upwork Support Team,

We are new to Upwork.

I have three questions I need to ask. Please clarify. 

1. I am working for an Org (an agency for which I am signing up the Upwork account). My account profile is the Agency owner profile. We plan to build other Agency portfolios, contractors etc, in this Agency account after subscribing to Agency Plus. Just in case in future, if I need to move on with new assignment or leave the Agency, how would be the Agency Owner be transferred to the successsor in my Agency Org.

2. Can we add contractors and Business managers from more than one or two countries to work exclusively for our Agency?

3. We subscribed to Agency Plus account and we do not see any Connects to our Agency plus account. What no. of free monthly connects and Agency Plus subscription based monthly connects my account will be refilled (apart from outright purchase of per connect at $0.15 rate)?

Thanks for reaching out. I'll be happy to help clarify your concerns:

1. If the Agency's ownership needs to be transferred from one person to another in the future, you can Contact Support so that one of our agents can assist you with the process. 
2. Yes, you can add any active freelancer to your Agency as long as they aren't already working exclusively for another Agency. 
3. The Agency Plus plan does not include free monthly Connects. You can read more about the other perks included with the plan in this article.
