Agency Time Tracking

I have a client who wants to hire my agency (multiple freelancers). Is there a way to send one contract that we all track time on? If not, what is the easiest way for the client to send multiple offers to my individual team members?

Hi Laura,

Thanks for reaching out. To hire the agency, the client needs to hire a member of the agency. When they hire an agency member, the agency will be notified at every step and may choose to be involved in the relationship. They may negotiate the rates, participate in the interview, or even remain involved during the contract. It’s up to the agency to decide how to manage their relationships with their members.

Hi Laura,

I understand your request but can confirm that transitioning work is allowed only on Fixed-Price contracts on Upwork. The client would need to send an offer to each agency member and hire them on separate hourly contracts in order for those members to log time and work on the client's projects.
