Agency Top-Rated eligibility

I have been running an agency on Upwork for over a year, but have encountered two major bugs. Despite meeting the eligibility criteria and being confirmed as meeting the Top Rated criteria by Upwork support, my agency is not showing as Top Rated. Additionally, clients are unable to view jobs in progress on my agency, even though I have 24k+ earnings and 6 jobs, including completed and in-progress jobs. Upwork support has acknowledged the issues as a technical issue and they are working on it, but the issue has been ongoing since November 7th. I am wondering if others have experienced similar bugs with their Upwork agency.
