Agency access blocked

Hello,

I am struggling with an issue. I have company in partnership. And agency was created on upwork with partner account. For some reason that account got suspended(No clarity for reason). Not able to login in upwork, support or in community with that. 
Due that not able to raise ticket to trnsfer agency ownership to my account. 
Not getting any releven support from upwork they say raise request from owner account but i am not able to login with that to rasie request. 
Even i aske di have all the leger certificate and document which shows owner ship of actual company.
We have our all cliets and work under agency and thosands of doller stuck in agency an din partner account. I ahve to make salary payments for all the devloper working with in agency.
Some pleas eprovdie solution for this.

"The issue is i am getting same reply from in support ticket , and they are merking ticket resolved. I am adding the message below which is shared. But it is not possible as i mentioned with current owner id when he is trying to login withr for support, upwork or commuity then getting error "account suspended and not able to login". Even replied on the suspesion mail as wlel but no one repsonsing there too.
So answer me how the owner gonna contact with you when you didn't leave anyway him to do so?

Kindly check this matter urgently as I dont want agency account to be suspended as well. I really need support at this end.

Here attaching screenshot of support ticket. Please let me know if it is anyway close to any solution? There are more messages there as well. You guys not understanidng these acocunt and agency have earnigs of so many people. They are getting penalities on their EMIs because all the money and work got stuck due to this. If it is not resolved there will people who will get broke. 
It  is hard earned money people worked nights and says for this. It is easy for you just immedietely suspend acocunt without any communication or notification/warning and proper explanation.

I am continously messaging on support but no solution has been given. So can you tell me how I can manage the things if I am in such a difficulty and how can trust Upwork for future as they have closed the access without any intimation.

If you or some of your friends have a popular account in a social network - you can post there. Or even on HackerNews. When companies become publicly traded - public noise about their internal affairs usually becomes some leverage. The bigger audience - the better.
