Agency didn't receive Connects after buying the Agency Plus

My Agency account just was updated to Agency Plus membership (24.09.2024), but I didn't get my Connects. I need your help so I can start applying for jobs. 

Please can you support me to get my Connects for this month?

Thank you for reaching out. To clarify, the Agency Plus plan doesn't come with free Connects credit, unlike the Freelancer Plus plan. With an Agency Plus membership, you can easily submit proposals, accept offers, and purchase Connects for just $0.15 USD each. Feel free to visit this helpful article for more information.
