Agency logo is not updating

Hello, we updated our Agency logo many hours ago and it shows up fine while logged in, but the public profile still shows the default one as if we have not updated it.

 

Using Incognito and clearing the browser cache does not resolve the issue.

 

I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
