While withdrawing funds from the agency account, Which account should I associate with it?

My personal bank account which is associated with my freelancer account or my business bank account?

Thank you for reaching out to us. You can use whichever payment method as long as you are listed as an account holder or authorized signer on the chosen account, or be able to demonstrate that you are authorized by the business to do so.
