Hello. All of the projects I added to my portfolio have been disappeared. I haven't logged in to my account for a few days. Has anyone else encountered a problem like this?

I checked this for you and I see both Services and Portfolio sections of your agency profile. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re seeing these on your end? Let us know if the issue persists.
The Services section and Portfolio contents are now present again. This was not a browser cache issue as it was affecting multiple people in 3 different global locations.
Who should we call if this happens again? Waiting around for community responses costs time and proposals (and thus, connects).
Hi I just encountered the same problem. I spent at least an entire night uploading specific projects, copywriting for them, & the time it took just going through my own entire portfolio was a lot and now its all vanished. Feels crazy. How did you get in touch with an actual rep?
I checked your account, and I can see that the portfolio items are displayed on your profile. Could you please try using a different browser, or after clearing your cache and cookies?
