Agency projects

Hey all ,I am running an agency on upwork and i am struggling hard to get some projects on agency level through which i can dedicate my developers on upwork through my agency profile but  i am realizing there are more clinets for  individuals rather then agencies.

even if they ask for 2 to 3 developers they go  with 3 seperate developers.I just wanted to know how can we filter agency based projects to represent agency.

If some one can review my profile and let le know about it .how can i onboard more clients on agency level that would be great

I have this same question. Is anyone from the community or Upwork going to provide an answer? Adnan posted this over a year an a half ago.
