Agency public profile showcases business manager profile only if it is set to 'PUBLIC' visibility

So earlier agency public profile used to show business managers profile (at the bottom) if the member profile is set to either 'Public' OR 'Upwork Users Only' & disappears if its set to 'Private'

But with the latest design update (not exactly sure since when), currently the manager profile is visible on Agency public page ONLY  for  'Public' member setting. Its invisible for both 'Upwork users' & 'Private'

Hoping mods could shed some light on the possibility of whether this setting can be rearranged to how it was earlier?!
