I created an agency. For a job, when I select agency I only see my identity within agency. Cannot see the other members.

Hi Ashish,

Just to confirm, were you trying to submit a proposal under your freelancer profile? If yes, then this is by design. 
You will need to switch to your Agency profile, then while you`re submitting a proposal you will be able to select your team members. If you have any additional questions, let me know. Thank you.
