Hi
We are running an agency with some exclusive freelancers.
In the chat thread proposal of each freelancer with the client, the agency manager discuss with the client all the detail of the proposal/contract such as hourly rate or budet and some other information, which we want to keep those information hidden from the freelancer.
We found that it is bad practice for us if the freelancers know about those information, then they will leave the agency or change their behavior and not focus on coding, which cost us lots of expense such as recruitment and other local expense here when it happens.
So we want to remove chat/message access for the freelancer, so they can just focus on coding using the time tracker.
How can we do that?
Thanks

Hi Nam,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Please know that agency owners and admins can edit agency members' roles and permissions by going to Settings › Members & Permissions. Clients can always contact their hired agency freelancers via messages. You can choose chat access levels within your agency.
You can find more information in this help article.

The problem is that when the manager submit proposal and receive/accept offer, those info go into the same room which the freelancer has full access to it.
Ok the freelancer can chat with the client, but can we have the proposal and offer hidden from the freelancer?

Hi Nam,
Currently, there is no option to hide the proposal or offer from the freelancer who is hired to do the job. Although, financial information is not fully accessible by agency members. You may also want to read the help article that Nikola shared with you. Thanks!
