As an agency how can I hide earnings from my freelancer?

Hello,

Is there a way to hide the earnings that I receive on behalf of my agency member from that member?

I saw this page: https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009524094-Manage-Agency-Roster-and-Visibility but I cannot figure out how to do it by going to the settings.

Can anybody help?

Thanks!

Hi Vijay,

An agency owner, business manager, or admin can edit their agency members' general and specialized profile rates and visibility in Find Work   Agency Roster. You can find more information in this help article.  You may also want to read this to learn more about your profile earnings.

You can change the settings in agency roster. Select rate privacy and make it private. With that said, Upwork has yet to address the illogical reasoning behind why agency contractors can still see the actual client rate on the offer page.
