• I do not want either of us to waste connects
• I do not want to bother the job poster with duplicates

Hi Ryan,

Currently, if another member of your agency sent a proposal for a job, there won't be a notification before you send a proposal to the same job. That said, I'm going to share your post with the team as a suggestion.
