Hi,

We were registered and used Elance for years! Upwork has complicated the system so much. We are not registered, and have been trying to add my bank account for a while without any success. It keeps saying profile name mismatch. However the name is my name, and the bank account obviously has the company name. When I try to change my name to the company name, it rejects that too. How and what needs to be done here?
