Can't able to buy connect as it says contact you administrator to buy connects.

When I click on Buy Connect it says "You don't have access to Purchase Connects. Contact your administrator to make a purchase. 

Please help me out.

Thank you for sharing your concern. It looks like you are an Exclusive member of your agency. I would like to let you know that since Exclusive members work solely for the agency in Upwork, the Connects you'll be using are drawn from the agency's balance. You can reach out to your agency owner or admin so they will be able to purchase Connects for the agency. You can also request them to give you permission to purchase Connects on behalf of the agency. You can learn more by visiting these helpful pages:
