Can't add member to agency because of archived proposal

Hello, my co-worker want to add me on his agency team, but unfortunately he cant because I have active proposal. I checked and I have one unanswered invitation from August of 2021 which was closed and I cant delete or decline. What can I do to my co-worked could add me on agency team?
