Can we make transation of less than $1,000?

Hello experts, 

I am part of an agency which is verrry lazy and never got any project and my client hired me as an agency member (accident).  I completed a project of $500. I asked the agency owner to make transaction for that, Agencies are not allowed to make a transaction less than $1000, he replied.

Is it true?

if it is, is three any way I can that money, because I don't think so that agency would ever get any project.

Hi Muhammad,

I would like to clarify that agency owners can withdraw less than $1000 or even $100 at any time, same as freelancer's profiles. Thank you.
