Hello! A client sent an offer to my agency account. I cannot accept it. Tried clearing my cache and browsing history, and changed the browser but the error still exists. Also, our previous conversation disappeared.

I checked the job post you were referring to and it seems that it's already been taken down because it was in violation of Upwork TOS and action has been taken on the client account.
