Cannot get Top rated badge

I hope to get Top Rated, but, unfortunately, the week's counter stoped on the 14th week and does not change the value for 3 weeks.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

I will be glad to hear your advice or get help.

Last week my profile rating dow 100 to 89 percent but I performed 2 job's for 5:star:.

Today's my ID rating still 89 percent after update.

Please, let me know when I get Top Rated bedge again.
