Cannot submit a proposal

I cannot submit a proposal as I cannot edit my rate as the edit button is not available. I attached screenshots.

Please help!

Hi Yuliia,

I checked and it looks like you are an Exclusive Agency Member. The Agency Owner should be able to update your rate from the Agency Roster.
