Cant set rate, cant apply for jobs

Hi Support,

I have to say your AI support live chat … absolutely useless. I'm not sure why I pay Upwork premiums over fiver when I don’t get real support.

As you can see from the screenshot in the subject, I am trying to up the rate against my profile, and all have is a copy link not a pencil.

I am trying to apply for jobs, and Upwork tells me I need to increase my rate to $3 or above.

Can this be sorted out ASAP, please?

Thank you for reaching out. I checked your account and it looks like you are an exclusive agency member. To update your profile rate, just hop over to your agency account and make the change under the Agency Roster tab. I've included a helpful screenshot for your convenience.
