Cant subscribe to an agency plus account

Hi all! 


I hope you are keeping well. I recently decided to open my own agency. I am still in the initial stages, but I have my team ready. I want to invite them so that we can work on building it together, but for some reason, I can't upgrade my plan to an agency plus for this to happen. Here is the error I keep on getting:
