Thank you for reaching out to us. Whenever the contact info on the account is updated, it's updated on the invoices retrospectively. You're free to update your Tax Info page with the information you'd like to be displayed on your invoices.
Invoices are accessible from the transaction history of the agency account. It's not possible to have them be sent to a different email. If you'd like another person to be able to access agency emails, you can have them added as a team member with the permissions.
