Chat feature for Agency account

Hi! 

I added my first new team member into the agency and would like to ask about this chat feature 'chat with everyone in the company'. 

I have this question whether my team member can chat with the client directly ? If it is a YES, can I see what they chat ?

You can see the messages of your agency members and you're able to adjust chat access levels within your agency. Here is the help article for more information on how to do that.
