Client asking to cancel contract

Good Day!
We agree the contract with client. But Client asking to cancel contract because his priveous developer came back with solution.  

We didn't even have time to start working after signing the contract, but the first developer returned to the client with a solution to his problem, which he refused before us. Client asking us to end the contract. The client refuses of his own free will, not through our fault.

Will we have negative marks on the page and can he write a review after canceling the work that the cancellation was not our fault?

Hi Igor,

When a contract is closed both parties will be able to provide feedback for each other. If you haven't earned anything under the contract it will not be listed on your agency profile.
However, please keep in mind that the feedback you will receive will affect your profile. Thank you.
