Client can't invite my agency to a job

As the title says, when I share the agency profile link, they receive an error message "Can't perform this action". Is there something wrong with my account?

Hi Vincent, 

Has your client tried clearing their browser's cookies, or using a different browser to see if the issue persists? If it does, they can file a support ticket by clicking on "Get Support" at the bottom of this page to file a ticket with the Customer Support Team directly.

They've tried with a different browser. This is happening for two clients of mine, so I'm wondering if there's an issue with my particular account or Upwork in general?

Thank you for your message. Could you please request your clients to contact us directly so that we can better assist them? I do not see any issue on your Upwork account that will stop a client to invite your agency to a job.
