Connects for Agency

Hello.
For several months, no Connects have been awarded for my agency.
Although we have connected the tariff "Agency plus".
What could be the problem?
How can I receive Connects monthly?

Agency Plus does not come with any connects, you have to buy them.

I honestly don't understand Agency Basic.  I know that you cannot add team members to your agency if you choose Agency Basic and I don't know what happens if you downgrade.
