I just recieved an email from you guys telling that 2 of my agents contract was put on hold to one of our clients. Not really sure why, any suggestion?. Please advise.

As explained in the email, there is an issue on the client side.
Upwork will obviously not discuss the client's business with you, just tell your agents not to work on the contracts until the client has resolved the issue with Upwork.
