Create an agency

I am a Top Rated Plus freelancer in Admin Support Category. I am thinking to create an agency on Upwork. Is it a good idea? Will it affect my profile perfomance if clients will see "assosiated with an agency" on my profile? Because some clients prefer to work with individual freelancers. If possible, Can you please share your own experience?

Hi Husain,

If you set yourself up as a Non-Exclusive Agency member you can continue using your freelancer profile independent of your Agency.

I, unfortunately, have never had the experience of working as an Agency member so I'm unable to advise you there. Hopefully, some Community members that work with Agencies will see this and share their experiences!
